Well as ,long as the states that will not allow an abortion after about 6 weeks for any reason are willing to pay handsomely to pay for this chids upkeep then that is fine, but I doubt that will happen .

Some people are so ignorant of what occurs in the United States, but it is always expected.

First, the Texas abortion law is not a criminal law that makes abortions illegal. The law allows civil lawsuits to be filed against those who perform abortions after a heartbeat is detected.

Second, social services, adoption agencies and private charities have provided for unwanted children and orphans for many decades. Those children are not left to die without care, which is what abortion clinics do if a child survives the abortion.

Before 9am each day, Planned Parenthood murders more children than any school shooting. Every day.

Maybe true, however a pregnancy which occurs following a criminal act is NOT allowed to be aborted , so that is unacceptable ,
Sort of like the Nazis breeding pure Aryan Race, impregnating women , do we really want more Moronic Texans liker we currently have now

The Texas Law is about WHEN there is a heartbeat, and NOT about WHAT or HOW something happened.

A victim of a crime may have an abortion and should be well aware of WHEN that crime occurred and the potential of possibly being impregnated.

Really in my time as a Police Officer I was aware of quite a few cases where the victim was not aware due to the circumstances so that is another idiotic sweeping statement by an uneducated American man. (

That shortcoming is on the victim, not the law. YOU blamed the LAW. You were wrong again.

And you appear to be blaming the victim.

There are a number of circumstances I can think of where the victim may not be aware of being pregnant.

Health is a personal choice in the United States and especially in the State of Texas. Responsibility lies therein. To each their own. Victims are still responsible for themselves.

I can think of any number of personal lapses and shortcomings regarding any civil law and any criminal law and daily life happenings. Many of the same people criticizing this law have a good laugh over poor choices made by people in different cultures than their own. They also have a good laugh over Darwin Award Winners who exercise poor judgment and have an extreme lack of awareness/knowledge causing them great bodily harm and sometimes death. Now, all of a sudden, they have this attack of virtue and concern.

Being aware is also a personal responsibility. It is unfortunate that everyone is not equal in the best qualities, best characteristics and awareness. It is part of the human condition of being imperfect in an imperfect world.

Again, the Texas Law is not at fault and anyone trying to blame the law is still wrong about the law preventing victims of crimes from having an abortion.

Well said , but in reality Declan does not care and has repeatedly shown his disdain for anyone who dares to disagree with him.

He’s nothing more than a trolling self-righteous hypocrite buried so deep in his own BS that no amount of machinery could dig him out.

He has a right to his opinions just as he has a right to show disdain for those who disagree with them. Your open disdain for everyone you disagree with isn't proprietary.

But let's not distract from the point at hand which is Dek's endless ability to amuse us as he paints himself into another corner with his right wing fear and loathing. Not happy with knowing we won't ever click on any of the links he religiously shares several times a day, he appears to think we will actually read it if he copy/pastes it in its entirety.

Unfortunately, all this is feeding the Google algorithms that autodetect how many times a url or a title or a phrase from therein appears on the internet, thus elevating it's hit quotient and distorting its importance or relevance, truth or otherwise. He who shouts loudest, etc.?

The good thing is he's not too hard to ignore either.

It is common for people to get upset when they are proven wrong and to lash out against those who showed them to be incorrect in their claims or beliefs.

All of the recent comments by those opposed to the abortion law in Texas were wrong.

Oh dear boy lashing out is something intelligent people do not do, treat you with contempt plus ignoring your diatribe and blatant mis-information has become the only way to deal with self-righteous people . Whose sole aim like yourself is to have people gyrating around your every word like mindless lemmings, something I have noticed more and more in relation to America of late, sadly .
