Baghdadi

Post by mak » October 28, 2019, 5:50 pm

From the Washington Post:
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, extremist leader of Islamic State, dies at 48.
The religious scholar used a mix of brutality and pragmatism to spur the terrorist group’s rise.

Very true, even the Trumpster had a news conference on it. Seams the bagy killed himself and 3 of his children with an explosive vest.

"What do we know about new Isis leader after death of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi?" "Abdullah Qardash, known as “The Professor”
The problem with Isis as the Viet Cong, the North Koreans, Cuba, etc They dont know how to lose
This will never end finding their Leaders and removing them as another one will just fall into place.
It is a waste of resources and placing individuals in harms way and for what? Headlines in the News

A Man with 9 lives, 6 down, 3 to go
This was an episode that called for restraint, as it is not the first time the death of Al Baghdadi has been announced, only to be later proven wrong.

The Guardian had him paralyzed with a severe spinal injury after an airstrike in April 2015,

Syrian state TV reported him dead in June 2017,

Iranian TV said he was “definitely dead” and the Russians claimed as much again, all in the same month.

In July 2017 he was pronounced dead once more, then alive and then, to clear the matter up, a year later, he emerged from obscurity with a new propaganda video.

:-k Hope the DNA kit they went in with wasnt like those they sell to the public, Baghdadi would be 10% Scandi. 15% Germanic, 25% Brit 15% Aussie and 35% American

Russian intelligence says US moved Baghdadi to Iraq then faked his death. Is Baghdadi living with Epstein?

Islamic State defector inside Baghdadi’s hideout critical to success of raid, officials say

https://www.washingtonpost.com/national ... nal&wpmk=1

"The mole’s detailed knowledge of Baghdadi’s whereabouts as well as the room-by-room layout of his sanctuary proved to be critical in the Oct. 26 raid that ended with the death of the world’s most-wanted terrorist, the officials said.

The informant was present during the assault on Baghdadi’s compound in the Syrian province of Idlib, and he was exfiltrated from the region two days later with his family. The man, whose nationality had not been revealed, is expected to receive some or all of the $25 million U.S. bounty that had been placed on Baghdadi’s head, according to the officials. One official said he was a Sunni Arab who turned against the Islamic State because one of his relatives had been killed by the group."

Gee thanks guys for totally blowin' the poor guy's bloody cover!!! Let me see.., a new Sunni guy moves into town with his entire tribe, has a huge house and a Chevy Corvette in the driveway. I'm pretty sure the angry de-facto ISIS leadership will be hoovering all this info up. Unless he gets a sex change and moves to Acapulco of course.

The only one who knows if he was "whimpering" is the bad ass dogs that were sent into the tunnels. Probably should ask the dog that was chasing him, he could give a better description than the POTUS of what truly transpired.

I like the way that DJT repeatedly played down the importance of Bin Laden's demise under Obama's watch and claiming Baghdadi and ISIS was much, much worse and a far bigger threat than OBL and Al Queda. "The black kid (grudgingly) did good but look wut I did!!!"

Pretty sure the relatives and friends of the 2977 victims at the WTC on 9/11 agree.

What a difference - but not surprising.
