with the Ukrainians trumpeting they're on the verge of taking Kherson Oblast west of the Dnipro River and the Russians "encouraging" civilians to leave Kherson and a move or Russian troops back over the Dnipro has anyone considered that leaving the area in the hands of the Ukrainians with minimal civilians present could be a red flag for the use of a Tac Nuke??

Pretty soon there will be more Russians in Phuket than in Ukraine.
The flagship airline of Russia announced yesterday that it would be adding 14 new flights a week from Russia to Phuket.
The expansion will include adding a third daily flight from Moscow to Phuket.
Aeroflot will also add twice-weekly flights from Russia’s third-largest city Novosibirsk as well as from the far-east port city of Vladivostock. The airline will also add three flights a week from Siberia’s second-largest city, Krasnoyarsk, serving the over one million people living there.

On another note trawling the News ( various sources to numerous to mention ) there is a fear that Russia may well end up being the biggest International headache in 2023, as it slowly destroys itself from within, aided and abetted by Comrade Putin , he who is of the botched invasion fame .
No-one is saying it will but there are few that say the opposite.Only the hardliners inside are talking tough, everyone else is just holding their collective breath.

I had already renamed them as Russia's VVankers Group.

on thos expanded Aeroflot flights to Phuket.. Maybe the next "mobilization" will not only include induction bonuses but a free R+R trip to PHuket after doing 90 days in the combat zone....

I'm not sure the odds of surviving that long are in their favor.
So, what's going to happen when Ukraine's infrastructure is finished? Winter time, no power......what's the prognosis?

Resilience.

That and convoys of mobile emergency power generators coming from all corners of Europe to keep most of the lights on.

Anyway, i read in the news that they'd already restored 50% of power. The media (and Zelenskyy) like drama.

Extension cables from neighbours seem to be the answer
