I wonder how many Ethnic Ukrainians are still in the Donbas, and many of those left would probably like to leave. Partition of Ukraine would probably see a lot of forced migration.

Well if Liz truss said we have to push the Russian out, how would we deal with the Russian separatist army . that itself will be an issue in donbas .

Looks like they hijacked the Jihadist mantra.

No. Just implement the Minsk II accords.

The Kremlin attacking Kyiv while António Guterres was still in town was a masterstroke of genius in showing the sad collective of the "free world" just how irrelevant the UN has become.

Putin's laughing as the UN's own laws have no procedures to kick Russia out of the elite Security Council club either. Like NATO, they are based on the premise of everyone playing nice and being diplomatic.

Vlad the Veto rules.

Chinese state television showed a map depicting among which countries Russia will be divided after its collapse.

Just a thought .... keeping to the ridiculous idea ....... how would the world break up UK?

Scotland to the Chinese coz they like searching for fossil fuels and would enjoy digging Scotland up as there is no other benefit to owning the place
Northern Ireland to USA as most of them already live in America and send their money anyway
Wales to Australia as they already share quite a large proportion of DNA .... the sheep shaggin' gene
London & SE to France as the place is already knee deep in bleedin' Bistros, Delicatessens, Boulangeries and Pret a mangers
Midlands and Yorkshire ISIS as they probably have a huge chunk of the population on their membership register
Winchester/Salisbury and the surrounding areas to Russia as they have such an affinity with their cathedrals
Far North West to Canada as they like lots of lakes and stuff
Norfolk & Cornwall to Texas & Tennassee as they are probably related anyway
Cant find ANY takers for Manchester or Liverpool though

I imagine if was put to a vote, most would say just unscrew the plug at Holme Fen, and let nature take her course.

Now, back on topic ........

Albania is sure to want the Evertons as they are just as hard pressed to find any worthwhile players in that country. Liverpool can go to Cyprus. Bulgaria might want the Manchester contingent (City and United) to bolster their economy which is floundering and suffering owing to a depletion of fuel reserves.

You have no idea do you.
The early Highland Clearances was carried out mainly by Scottish Clan Chieftains or Scots Landowners who decided that sheep and deer were more valuable than their crofters. It also caused by the Catholic Stuarts claim to the crown in what is now called the Jacobite rebellions. https://www.historic-uk.com/HistoryUK/H ... learances/ This description tends to switch between calling British soldiers English then British when after 1707 they were British with quite a few 'Scottish Regiments' on the Governments side at Culloden. There is quite a few pictures so you might be able to understand it. The deforestation is another myth. Attached a link telling the true story of the 'deforestation of Scotland but there's not too many pictures so perhaps you will need assistance with it. www.scottishforestrytrust.org.uk/userfi ... ts/p13-243.

Around 100 years ago, only around 5% of Scotland's land area was wooded. Now, this figure sits at around 16%.
