Tried again on both computer's. Will have to ask someone who understands the technical side of computers what could be wrong. Thanks Charlie.

It does take quite a time on my pc before the video play arrow appears. It does appear eventually though & then the video does play, not like youtube where the video is ready to play immediately.
Not sure why that should be but I think that it is to do with the BBC checking user location as, quite often, BBC sport videos will refuse to play for me (after, again, an annoying wait) because the 'content is not available in my location'..
