I am in the states now so I called BBL NY branch. They told me they have already started returning transfers not complying with their requirements

www.transferwise.com does overseas transfers. Quick and easy.

From what I can see, a $10,000 transfer via transferwise would cost just over 3,000 Baht......official exchange rate minus what the transferwise website says I would get.......or am I missing something?

I did a trial with Transferwise.
"32,992.66 THB is on its way to you. The money should be in the bank account by tomorrow, August 1.
The USD to THB rate was 33.39. The fee was 11.90 USD. "
I received the transfer today at 3:02 pm. It took 2 days.

Obvious question. Do Transferwise and Cuex use the required IAT ACH format?

Don't think it applies as the IAT ACH requirement discussed is for Bangkok Bank branch in New York, not direct transfer to account in Thailand via Transferwise or Cuex.
