land prices

Post by andylambert » March 3, 2007, 9:29 pm

I have been offered some land close to the airport (approx 600 mtrs2) for a building plot.
What would you say was a reasonable price for it, bearing in mind electric and water are all ready close by, as is a good concrete road?

... until the rainy season is over. And watch the area after any heavy rainfall.

If there are no flooding - and no large wet spots around, it's worth thinking of buying.

I guess you can miss both regular flooding on your compound and mosquito breeding grounds close by.

Make sure its not a pond and Has Drainage. 200.000 is a low price but its a bargain if its good land.
make sure you get a fixed quote to build as Building Materials are Expensive now
For The House Garden walls paths and Ceramic
if you Think you are Done at say 1000.000 add another 250.000 for extras. make sure you have the money to complete.
