Garden Pond

We have recently moved into a property which has an empty( apart from rainfall and frogs) ornamental pond all wiring seems to be there. There is a pump which has been disconnected but unsure wether it works or wether it was to stop anyone taking while property was empty. Does anyone know of a local man or company who can set it up for me and advise on what fish/plants etc to use. Many thanks

I noticed that black and white one. There are some giant fish in there. Quite a garden centre
