Re: Power Wash
If you power wash concrete then the chances are you'll make it more porous and end up having to do it more and more.sorry I haven't got a solution but in the uk you could buy path cleaner that wouldn't eat the concrete or slabs, here it's a different story, maybe some watered down bleach, scrubbing broom and some elbow grease and remember to rinse thoroughly.

You can buy a small pressure cleaner at many of the larger House hardware from about 2500 B, Homepro, Global, Tool Pro etc
Never seen any DIY rental shops here to be honest

Just power washed 700ft of 6ft wall ,it made life easy, some of it was black ,( tooo much rain & humidity this year) , bought the washer for 2500bht ,great piece of kit 115 bar ,all painted now job done , just as a bit extra , another part of the wall was covered in a green fungi of some sort , so i'd heard of an idea , clear Vinegar you can buy the Thai version almost anywhere ,mix 50-50 with water just spray the wall using a bottle spray and leave it , i was amazed at the result , had my doubts at first ,

Re: Power Wash
I managed to find a powerful Black & Decker power washer at Global House, made a fantastic job of removing black mold from walls. As others have said, it can make some concrete more porous, however, I can live with that. Vinegar in the mix does assist. My car has never looked so clean, an added bonus.
