3B House in very clean small village

a friend of mine who is not very familiar with modern technologies wants to sell the house.
so i helped him out and placed an ad on "bahtsold" for him and his thai wife.

i visited them many times over the last years and their house always looked in very good condition.
very clean and nice people.
and the moo baan is a very nice and green place - not far from the city.
