In Thailand there is now available finance from an Australian finance company 100% finance on house 's,land,buisness's and alot more.You can use your property in Aus or New Zealand as security. [link removed] Please read forum rules

Hi Carpy

Why not just get the cash from your home bank and buy in Thailand? Westpac are always offering us all the cash we want against our home here. I have asked about buying a house in Thailand and that is no problem.
They have the home house as security against the cash so they don't give a toss what you do with it.

Interest rates that are available in Thailand piss all over the rates in Australia.This company is doing it in Singapore and Hong Kong also.
