Some interesting scorelines from yesterdays games .. Man City lucky not to loose after the Saints not given astone wall penalty .. and ..Nigglys graphics missed off the Villa 3 Everton 0 scoreline which im sure will be defended in the usuual manner (talkin BS) by our lilac friend from Nong Khai at some point.

Has the Rafa bubble burst ??? as the Toffees looked like at best a bottom half side on that performance.

DM
I'm NOT Talking BS As You Call it,NO Excuses for that 10 Minutes of Pure Absence in Defence...
But Let's Just Say we had Pickford, Coleman & Richarlison ALL Missing....Is THAT O.K. Now " Mr Happy "
BUT NO EXCUSES Eh ????

Interesting to note that Rafa had never before suffered a loss at Villa Park when managing either Liverpool or more surprisingly Newcastle

Well YOU LOST Yer Money.....But I'll Bet it was only about 20 Baht Knowing YOU,Steve,Unless You DID a 0-0 Forecast ?? :-k :-k :^o
I should coco! I placed my free bet fiver on Man City and my own money on Liverpool to win so I came away up about three quid.

I couldn't believe my ears when I tuned in to Final Score, readers; was it a penalty, was Kyle Walker red carded? A proper bugger's muddle.

Another two games where I really do not understand how we ended up with the results.
West Ham conceded to a J Lings wonder goal (written in the stars I suppose) and then miss a pen with the last kick. Apart from one or two small chunks Man Utd looked poor and if Antonio had been up front instead of Bowen I think the hammers would have probably grabbed all three points. Ronaldo needs to learn quickly that he is not in Spain/Italy any more and refs look for cases of a forward instigating contact to try to win pens [-X [-X
As for Brighton v Leicester, Seaguls awarded a pen for handball then doubled the lead with a Welbeck header from a corner (poor defending), then Leicester get one back and have the ball in the net twice more, only for that D/H Harvey Barnes to be standing in an offside position right in front of the keeper TWICE :-& (talk about in one ear and out the other  )
The way todays(this weekends) games have gone I wont be surprised to see Spuds beat Chelski :-"

munchin off together lads?

I suppose the last game went roughly to plan (if I'd known Harry Kane would be utilised to be a man marker in central midfield I may have not predicted spuds to score a goal though).
I think we now know where Brucelesses tactics manuel has ended up
Rule number one, if a player p*sses you off dont drop him, just play him well out of position so he has to work but gets no enjoyment from playing.
Rule number 2 when going forward, it is imperative that you stop and check back to let the slower members of your team catch up.
Rule No 3 Only start pressing the opposition in their half when you have already conceded at least one goal, never whilst you still have a chance of obtaining a 0 - 0 draw

Last weeks predictions were a shambles with only 3 correct results (one correct score), but not many pundits saw some of those results coming:-
As for this week ..... better I hope

Chelsea 1 - 0 Man City
Man Utd 2 - 1 Villa
Everton 2 - 0 Norwich
Leeds 1 - 3 West Ham
Leicester 2 - 0 Burnley
Watford 2 - 2 Newcastle
Brentford 1 - 1 Liverpool
Southampton 1 - 2 Wolves
Arsenal 1 - 3 Spurs
Palace 2 - 1 Brighton

He was (probably) at the mall with the missus (again).

Normal service will be resumed shortly.

Meanwhile, I'm off to watch the Shrimps getting battered by Stanley (I hope).
