Still a bloody good effort to get 6 teams within one place considering the transfer window was still wide open. I doubt anyone could have seen Chelskis season , or for that matter Bomo who had Scotty Parker getting stuffed 9 zip as manager when we did the predictions

747 lilac was seen buying another wardrobe full of Lilac and pink knickers for the next season's kick off he had soiled the last pair whilst watching the Bluenoses just survive on Sunday, doubt if they'll be so lucky next season now back in your swamp Scouse where you belong.

Game(s) over.

Close this thread.

Await statts to start the EPL 2023/2024 thread.

Post the same repetitive, puerile and childish scat there.

Call it banter.

I can hardly wait, eh desiree?

I wonder if Mr. Udon Map would be open to the idea of allowing one of the members to moderate the World Sports section? It is possible within the forum software to to give access to a member(s) so they have moderator rights for this section only.

I would nominate Mr. Stattointhailand to be a worthy custodian of the sports threads. Despite being a Georgie he seems an all round 'good egg'.

Thanks Dean honoured that you thought of me ..... as you know i am very fair n balanced when it comes to sorting the wheat from the chaff, even though slighty blacker than Megan Markle i hold no racial or political grudges and would treat all footy teams and their fans with the same respectful attributes (except Grimsby and NK Alan cos hes a plum).. alas a tad busy at the moment but many thanks for considering me FIRST

What we really need is a bit of software that identifies previously used memes and instantly deletes them, that would reduce the thread by at least 50%

And if it works in the EPL thread, swing it over to the jokes thread as well.

That's not a bad idea Dean but I don't think being called Georgie should go against him. :badteeth:

As the font of footie nolidge, statts is a good choice for footie mod. As long as he doesn't go all Obergruppenführer on the forum hoipoloi, I think it would be in safe hands. As for World Sports, there's little evidence of mindless pollution on posts about other sports.

DM? No f@#£ing way.

Note i already graciously declined the position .. it was nice to be considered as FIRST option .. if the forum sees fit to make do with the ultra left wing Statto i have no issues with that.

Just sayin like.

Yep - keep statto away from World Sports, as he has demonstrated time and time again he knows SFA about anything but soccer and ice-skating. [-X

As for DM - put a full stop after "anything" above. :-$

Oi, whats this ultra left wing bit .......... I'm about as central as you can get. The fact that I dont agree with the ERG (ultra right Torys), the Conservatives ( far right Torys) or Labour Party (just right of centre Torys) is neither here nor there.
Not too sure what DM's graciously reclining position is, but I whole heartedly agree that moderating the NKN and that mob that seem to think the NKN lives in a swamp (forgetting their team comes from the same city and even same park/swamp?) beggers belief ............... good job Liverpool is not in texas as they would all be in wheelchairs having shot themselves in the foot so often

Would anyone like to have a stab at understanding why the brainless morons at Goodison Park think that invading the pitch (after being told a hundred times since they did it last year) was an acceptable thing to do, despite it being against the law
