Big C, Malee 1 ltr fruit juices, 69 baht buy 2 get 1 free

& to balance out the healthy option…………..

Lotus, KitKat Chunky, 25 baht each or 2 for 40 baht
Sugar trap..One lump of sugar containes 4 gram of sugar..100ml of your "healthy"Juice containes 8.5grams of sugar, that's more then two sugarlumps per normal serving. So here'r my sugar question to you my friend..How many sugarlumps in 1l(1000ml)of juice?
So MODERATION is called for when you add all other sugar inflated products you consume on a daily basis..Just some food for thaught..

Have a healthy and happy day friends..//Alfie..:-)

KitKat 100gr..2.5 KitKats bars contains:

Typical Values Per 100g % RI*
Fat 25.6g 15%
of which: saturates 14.2g 29%
Carbohydrate 65.1g 10%
of which: sugars 55.0g 25%

Good day DuiDui49.
I am not sure that i understand your figures: Carbohydrate 65.1g 10%
of which: sugars 55.0g 25%..... are you saying that 55 gr of sugar represent 25 % of the recommended daily intake ??.
How do you reconcile the above with the NHS recommendation ?
<<
Adults should have no more than 30g of free sugars a day, (roughly equivalent to 7 sugar cubes). Children aged 7 to 10 should have no more than 24g of free sugars a day (6 sugar cubes). Children aged 4 to 6 should have no more than 19g of free sugars a day (5 sugar cubes).

How do you reconcile the above with the NHS recommendation ?In short, diffrent Goverment sources diffrent procents recommendations. But ruffly,if your total cal intake is say 2000cal/day,do not allow your intake to be more then 10% of that, ruffly.Want to dig futher, give yourself 1.5 hours watching this vid,i'll tell you right now,it's an eyeopner for sure
