There are two stores close by each other on Phosri Rd. As you're walking past the Bangkok Bank heading toward the old Ngeesoon: About 50 meters past the Bangkok Bank on the same side of the road.
The second store is almost directly across from the old Ngeesoon.

Both are old fashioned sewing machine dealers....if they don't have the machines you're looking for, I'd guess they can tell you where to get them.

We bought one from a store on Prajak Road. From Tungsi Muang a short distance away on your right. 042-221296.
Not sure if it is an 'industrial' one or not.

If you're around Chum Phae anytime(about 1.5 hrs west of Khon Kaen) there is a sewing machine place there.
Just around the corner from the bus terminal. Looked like old and new domestic and commercial machines there.

whatever you choose, make sure it has a walking foot and reverse lever.
I have a consew 206RB which is the preferred sewing machine for marine canvas
the motor is about 20 x 9 inches and huge, geared for low speed and punching through thick stuff
