Fresh / Frozen Salmon / Octupus for sushi etc

Was in Tops yesterday and the prices of various salmon differed as usual


What I did see , in the Fine Print, so to speak, the small pre packed containers , are charging up to 250 baht / kg more than the larger pieces ( which they will then slice and pack for you with radish, wasabi and soy )

Bought a whole fresh Salmon at Makro, had it filleted etc and works out at approx 610 / kg .

also got the skin , frame etc.
