My god people actually drink that horse pee! Even my village outlaws won't drink that crap despite enjoying a Lao Khao for breakfast.

Anyway hope you enjoyed your drink. Sorry for my outburst but I'm still having flashbacks to the time I bought a box of it about 10 years ago and couldn't finish a single bottle.

I'd be more interested in knowing when deankham did the comparison test, that allows him to state with such authority that Archa tastes like horse pee. :-k

Sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings with my attack on Archa. Seems like some posters are hurting (not you jacks).

you can notice on this topic what the problem is with udonmap lately ...
people not really answering at the op , but answering next to the question and start biting each other ...
many people must be really bored and full of anger ? ... :(

Archa used to be 5.4% until 2014 when it was lowered to 5%.

Your picture is not that clear. What % is the bottle on the left? If it's 5.4% then I'd say it's an old bottle. Worth checking the use by date code printed on the label as well.

Hope your head is feeling good on this fine day. :)

the left bottle says 4.5% and the other says 5%
the 4.5 is from 06/19 , the 5 from 04/19...
so did they lower it again from 5 to 4.5% ?...to keep the price steady and have more profit ? ... ;)

Good for you Timmy. I'm pleased for you.
...so to try and answer the OP do you drink 5% or 4.5%? Has it recently changed? I popped into my local shop to check this morning but they don't sell it.

Have a good day guys.

A good friend of mine is a heavy beer drinker. When you visit him you can drink his Archa or water. The beer distributor delivers to his front door five boxes of Archa every week.

The last time I visited a friend of mine who lives fairly close to me, he had nine cares of Chang stacked in a corner. He says if you don't like Chang, feel free to bring your own brand.

When I am in Jomtien, I drink SML. Not that I think it tastes that much better but because it agrees with me. No hangover and no diarrhea. Upcountry I drink Leo because SML is not available at my watering holes. I seldom drink at home so buying SML at the supermarket to keep at home is a non starter.

Different strokes for different folks, it's that simple.

Out in the boonies where I live, you have a choice of Chang or Leo. A few watering holes have Singha. You won't find SML or Archa. Most places have Lao Khao. That is horrible tasting stuff. I'd quit drinking if I had to drink that foul stuff.

Not being a drinker i find it difficult to get excited about a bottle of beer .
However ive just noticed that Archer or horse piss as some like to call it , does in fact have a picture of a horse on it .
So none of you can say you were not warned !!!!!!
