It's on all the booking sites. 1700B to 3500B per night from basic room to suite.

I am going to try that hotel out next month, but I can already say that I was not very happy about the prices and the 1000baht deposit for every night... It better be ****** special to charge like that

Lots of pretty pictures, but the menu on the website doesn't work. I do not think they have much parking for cars.

Works for me.
They have a multi level parking garage with a security guard at the back entrance to the hotel.

Thae hoel looks fabulous but when you click on the website Happy hour promotions shown for wine buffwt and 2 for 1 cocktails after waiting 48 hours with no reply contacted them was told finished end of April showed them still on website 4th May now still showing I have to admit the lady spoke very good English but service standards obviously not same rating as the hotel

A new hotel doesn't keep their new website up to date so without setting a foot in the place, the service standards are low?MusicalBars wrote: ↑May 4, 2019, 11:51 amThae hoel looks fabulous but when you click on the website Happy hour promotions shown for wine buffwt and 2 for 1 cocktails after waiting 48 hours with no reply contacted them was told finished end of April showed them still on website 4th May now still showing I have to admit the lady spoke very good English but service standards obviously not same rating as the hotel

Re: De Princess Hotel
The wine Buffet was good so shame if it has ended. Can't remember exactly what it was but they insisted me and the wife finish our second full bottle of Aussie red before opening the Aussie White then were happy to ooen another red as my wife didn't want the white. Never mind as I finished it
Food was very good as well. Only comment is the place was empty so zero atmosphere.

Re: De Princess Hotel
Maybe not so much bad 'Udon staff' as much as rubbish marketing (very good food, decent service but low attendance wine buffet). Keeping the website current and answering emails isn't a job for website admin, the hotel front desk or the chef, that's the job of their marketing team. What's their FB presence like? A lot of businesses in LOS use that as their primary vehicle for getting the word out. Since they've opened on the cusp of low season, maybe they have a few months to work it out; maybe even hire someone? It does sound all a bit cart before the horse but that's really nothing new.
