no this is different to that one at least they serve alcohol here the rooms do look special and the exec rooms look out of this world but are priced very high foe Udon wether the service standards are upto the price tag remains to be seen with Udons general lack of good service staff I doubt it

Lots of pretty pictures, but the menu on the website doesn't work. I do not think they have much parking for cars.

Works for me.
They have a multi level parking garage with a security guard at the back entrance to the hotel.

No pictures, no website and slim-to-none parking on Soi Sampan either but the cowshed still draws them in.

A new hotel doesn't keep their new website up to date so without setting a foot in the place, the service standards are low?
I see.

The wine Buffet was good so shame if it has ended. Can't remember exactly what it was but they insisted me and the wife finish our second full bottle of Aussie red before opening the Aussie White then were happy to ooen another red as my wife didn't want the white. Never mind as I finished it
Food was very good as well. Only comment is the place was empty so zero atmosphere.

Maybe not so much bad 'Udon staff' as much as rubbish marketing (very good food, decent service but low attendance wine buffet). Keeping the website current and answering emails isn't a job for website admin, the hotel front desk or the chef, that's the job of their marketing team. What's their FB presence like? A lot of businesses in LOS use that as their primary vehicle for getting the word out. Since they've opened on the cusp of low season, maybe they have a few months to work it out; maybe even hire someone? It does sound all a bit cart before the horse but that's really nothing new.
