Looking for a modest city centre house/apartment to rent

I'll be re-visiting Nong Khai and Udon this coming week, specifically to look for some long term accommodation to rent - modestly priced 1,2, or 3 bedroom house, close to town/city centre (preferably Nong Khai, but if Udon = within ring road please), unfurnished, part furnished or fully furnished in good/decent condition and with a kitchen - up to around 8k per month.

If anyone knows of anything please PM me asap.

Only 6,000 baht, inside the ringroad behind Faroh East Coffee shop and near Tesco's. Seems like a bargain to me. You could even buy it for only 900,000.

i was talking to a thai house builder recently ,
and he is thinking on the lines of building condo appartments. =D>

Hi. I have a Townhouse on Amphur road wich i rent out for 8 K / mounth. I prefer customer for long term rent /or buy, the House is for sell att 900 000 Bath. The house is totaly renovert and fulyy furnished and in walking distance from Robinson. You cal look at it when ever you wont!
