How to get to Khon Kaen?
what buses do i need to take?
How long will it take to get there from UD?

From Central Plaza = 5 minutes walking to central busstation.

Take your pick from the companies available. Buses to Khon Kaen at least every 30 minutes.

An airconditioned bus takes about an hour and a half to get to Khon Kaen.

Hi,
Bus station in center of town, near rail station. Duel carrageway all the way. About 120K so should make it in one and a half hours, on express bus.

Look for a 30 year old Mercedes Benz bus that has cracked windows, a wooden floor and ceiling fans(half of which don't work) . It will run you about 130 baht-2 hour minimum journey. Why Khon Kaen & what's her name?

Mind you, there are TWO bus stations. An A/C and a non-A/C bus station.

Why KK hmm well i was suppose to go to LAOS for one day.. but i dont want to go thru all the visa crap just for one day..
so me and my gf will go elsewhere.. so we chose khon kaen. (:
