If you haven't found one yet I use a guy in Tehan Road opposite Wing 23. The place is called Dynamo and mobile is 0868598884 or 042342784.
Usually has a red hard top jeep out the front. Also has some very old bikes and jeeps inside.
He's a good guy also speaks reasonable english. His name is Pap.
