I use a guy in Sri Chomchuem Road , at the the Naresuan Road end...that is street left side of the prison (Naresuan) and then left at the lights ( Sri Chom ) as you near the back of prison..hes 50m along your left..open double bay type shop, secondhand bikes on one side, mechanics on the other...he doesnt speak english much, so I use hand signs or take the missus..price , medium...served me well enough............there is another guy, ex honda race mechanic ( Burirum races) across from the side enterance to the Main Police station Naresuan Road, small small shop, maybe a bike or two parked out front....used both guys, prefer the first one for general stuff, the other for techincal stuff....sorry left phone numbers back home...

You can also try this Brit guy who works on any motorcycles and is very good, right now he lives at Mojo's
which is be hide the wine house on the ring road but will be moving next month not to far from there let me
know when you come back and I will give you his phone# if you want to go that route. He has been working on
bikes for many years in England and here.
