This from the Bangkok Post.The airport re-opened yesterday afternoon.Temporary passenger service booths were put in place and services for arriving passengers were operating out of the Rachawadee Hotel in front of the airport.

It is supposed to be back in full operation today, our 10:55 flight shows no delay. Yesterday the same flight had a 45 minute delay

Just a FYI KKC is back to normal, our flight was 13 minutes early, maintenance personnel were clearing out a room on the ground floor, nobody was manning the arrival baggage X-ray machine so we just walked out.
