if you do not have Thais help , you can go to the garages whom do the annual check of the car (when older than 7 years) and for a small fee they will help you out (give you the needed documents) and fill them in ,
normally you will need
- sales agreement ( 1 copy + copy of the buyers id card , one for the buyer)
- copy of your passport (barred with mentioning purpose)
- copy yellow book (barred with mentioning purpose )
- power of attorney form to give power to the buyer to change the ownership at transportation office (so you do not have to be present , the buyer will have to show mb at the office )
- original mb green book
all copies signed ...
i have maybe still an example of a sales agreement/power of attorney , if i find them ,i will post them ... ;)
