Input all info, no mistakes. Get to the last section - Confirm - Entered date and time of pick up. Get the 9999 Error. Tried several different dates and time, Error 9999 all the time. Stay safe.

The Ministry of Public Health has announced that it will issue the e-Vaccine Passport for those who have been vaccinated in Thailand, free of charge.

Anyone who wishes to be issued the e-Vaccine Passport may make a request through the "International Certificate" menu in the Mor Prom application on their phone.

The QR code for the e-Vaccine Passport will be available within three working days after the request has been approved and can be scanned on the next day. The free service will be available between 1 and 31 December 2021.

Tried to enter the expiry date of my passport, todays date appeared and could not be removed or edited. Looks like another fine example of Thai app engineering!

Not very 'international' if it's limited to those who got jabbed here. I recall a member posting his Australian-issued international vaccine certificate that shows his shots received here in Thailand.

Thanks Samuel.

I have added a request for an eCertificate via the app. It allowed me to add my passport details which were previously missing from my Thai vaccination data.

See what happens after the 3 day approval period has passed.

Yes thanks a lot. Easy application process except for the calendar. They claim that it will be available 3 days after a successful submission, yet they request a Booking Date. At first i left it blank but got an error message. I am a bit confused as to when the E Vaccine passport will be available 3 days from today or 3 days after the Booking Date ?
Stay safe out there.

I managed to get it to accept the 8th Dec as the booking date. Sure is a crap application when it comes to inputting dates!

My eCertificate arrived by email today.

Unfortunately, when I scan the QR code on the certificate, it shows as being invalid. :?

Not sure about the next step. Perhaps wait to see if others get a similar result.

OK,
I did not receive an email BUT the Certificate was in the top section of the Application Page. Scanned the QR using Line on Mrs Dero's phone, came out OK looks like this EXCEPT I'm of THAI nationality 5555555.

Thanks Dero - that answers my question above.

Checked, and now have the same thing on my phone via the app. Plus I rescanned the QR code on the emailed certificate, and it is now working. 👍

It is crazy, because they send email 1st and then start update database. For me it took 4-5 hours to get that QR code working. Then 1-2 days to get Mor Phrom updated to show certificate.

Problems with normal certificate are phone number not updated to database. Meaning that no possibility to register Mor Phrom, because no OTP. Other one is that almost everyone are Thai. My 1st vaccination did not show, because I was changed to be female.

When applying international certificate, there is a possibility to correct those and then international will be correct. Local certificate will still include wrong data.

Ps. Because many places, like National Parks, want to see vaccination certificate, it is now good that they should give Thai price, because that link goes to official Thai database and tells one to be Thai. \:D/

You will update 1-2 times per week. They add something all the time. Part is visible and part not. When I installed, no International Certificate, no feedback after vaccination etc.

Even with some errors (made by persons who fill data) that application works fine and gets updates fast enough. Just errors, when someone update database, make it very difficult to have it installed.

You'll see in my screen shot above they have me as a Thai as well. No words to define the Thai ability to write crap application software.

I'm not bothered with it!
