This chart includes some useful information about how to lower blood pressure.

I find organic apple cider vinegar and honey, together garlic and plenty of exercise helps lower my blood pressure.

I was diagnosed with hypertension some years ago, sought treatment at AEK Udon, pills included Amlodipine. iT wasn't until I happened to get some treatment in OZ for something unrelated the Doc said I should check your BP. It was high despite taking the AEK prescription, so he triad 2 different types of Meds, the only one that showed good results was Micardis plus 80/12.5. I have to say the Doc in OZ was brilliant, gave me different Meds for trials, all at no charge.
