Well he did ask for 'treatment' and actually knew what that nerve is called.........guessing he has experience, and hopefully he knows his body and condition. BUT ... and why my first post was:

Have you had a diagnosis as to WHY, the nerve is not playing nice. Bulging or herniated disc, in L1-5 region is usual suspect.

Udon has a visiting Chiro on a monthly basis.

and if he has, and knows his body, I gave him my thoughts on what's available here, 'treatment'.......what he asked for, not surgery, as not knowing, I wouldn't recommend anyway.

Following up another post, doubter of treatment, and poor reading comprehension, starting again with:

Depends if the OP has a history of, and knowledge about. If all new to them, the forum would be the last place for medical advise.

The OP was a bit vague.

If an ongoing issue, and OP has experience with, then a good chiro / masseuse may straighten things out.
