Re: Skin doctor
Ray, I know you are familiar with the main road that goes to The Kinnaree off Srisuk Rd which goes to the prison. If you're headed east on Srisuk, instead of turning left to go to Kinnaree, turn right and Dr. Somchai's office is directly on the left as you turn. He has practiced in Udon for years and speaks great English. I've used him many times to freeze off pre-cancerous spots and have recommended him to many of my friends who are very satisfied with his services. I think you'll be pleased as well. Left click on the map below to enlarge, and Dr. Somchai's office is indicated by the red dots.
Colossians 2:8-10...See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ. For in HIM dwells all the fullness of the GODHEAD bodily; and you are complete in HIM, who is the head of all principality and power.

I used Wattana Hospital dermatologist for consultation, removal, and biopsy. Price, service, and treatment were all good. I would use them again if needed.Ray.Charles wrote: ↑June 25, 2017, 6:50 pmCan you recommend a skin doctor (dermatologist) in Udon?

Re: Skin doctor
Thanks for the replies.
I did not want to burden you with details; but, here are some now. I suffer from dry skin. In the U.S. in winter time, when in my centrally heated home the air was dry, I applied some mild oil on my skin. After moving to Thailand, I suffer less from dry skin; but, I still do. The dry skin problem now is mainly on my lower legs. I am also diabetic; I want to learn if my legs are starved from lack of blood, and whether that may be a cause behind my dry skin there. So, I want to start with a skin specialist, then perhaps move on to a diabetes doctor.

Re: Skin doctor
I'd start with the symptom which is more likely to be systemic, the diabetes doctor. Your dry skin problem may or may not be related to the diabetes. But if you treat the dry skin (which may well be a symptom of something else) first, a potentially larger underlying problem may go undetected.Ray.Charles wrote: ↑June 26, 2017, 8:05 pmI am also diabetic; I want to learn if my legs are starved from lack of blood, and whether that may be a cause behind my dry skin there.
