I stumbled across it in the northbound Assaman(?) shopping precinct approaching Nong Khai.
I was actually dispatched to buy some relatively healthy sushi for everyone but hey, what can I do

Morning .. an honest reply Tom
Things were going great i went from 115 kgs down to 105 kgs .. then Christmas / New Year came along and i fell off the diet wagon and over indulged on seasonal goodies and slipped back on the amber nectar ..henceforth i was back to where i started in a jiffy as its way easier putting it on then it is taking it off and more fun .. i have since returned to eating less and more healthy and also cut out the booze just allowing myself ONE day per week to have a few beers .. the weight is slowly coming down again... and im thinking about getting a bike to get more exercise just avoiding biking to the pub.
I have a whey protein n fiber drink everyday which helps the hunger pangs ..NO fried foods , sweets and dairy products sticking to eating soups , baked rice lots of fish boiled chicken and fruit .. willpower not a problem except beer the only other thing im struggling to give up totally is bread , but i have moved onto a dark rye /wholewheat from the usual white.
Target from the doc was to get down to 90 to 95 kgs .. as of today im still overly rotund and tipping the scales at 109kgs

DM I buy Cubic 19 grain bread at Villa when its "buy one get one free", which is often enough. In theory better than the normal stuff.
A year ago I dropped 7 kgs eating whole foods plant based.
Then back to my old ways and old weight too@ I blame farang food.
So here we go again.
