My login page does not look the same as in the video? After the ID-cardnumber they ask for Password and not telephonenumber? How do I find out about the password?

There are buttons to retrive the password and get OTP by SMS but no SMS comes.

If you have not created an account then you will need to do that first. If you have an iPhone it will probably not accept a passport number. I had to use my Thai ID card number, the password is your choice.

If you enter anything but a Thai ID card number you will either get nothing or a message in Thai

EDIT a 13 digit number is said to work

Not correct, people without an ID card enter the 13 digit 600000xxxx number off their documentation.

Edit:
Maybe a moderator can move this thread to the covid19 forum.

Carefully read your last sentence:-
"If you enter anything but a Thai ID ......."

That is incorrect and misleading, the field is open to other options.

Im going to pick up my vaccine passport tomorrow morning at the Udon General Hospital .. i shall post my experience and inform as too what exactly the passport contains plus if any time limit on it etc.

Going back to the mor prom thingy .. i also used the ID number 6000xxxxxxxxx that is on the documentation from the Uni it went through fine, for easy n quick access on the road a tekky mate put a shortcut to the MOPH registration of vaccine cert on my home screen.

keep in mind:
- the MorProm Vacc Status is helpful if not needed for travelling within Thailand.
- the yellow vaccine passport is needed for travelling abroad.

None of my MorProm documents show my passport number, something they insisted upon on vaccine registration. Is this the same for everyone or should I somehow get it added to my record.

Is your passport number showing on your Certificate of Vaccination?

Mine isn't, and when I asked at the UTGH for it to be added when I applied for my vaccination passport, they seemed disinterested.

I wonder about its relevance in any case - (real) passports expire all the time, and are replaced with a different number.

I asked also about missing passport number. I was told none of the certificates show the passport number. True or not they indicated it couldn't be added. This was at the hospital. By contrast I was told at the Provincial health office they were out of vaccine books. They sent me to the hospital. It was reported later that the Provincial office was closing for a party. Amazing they will look you in the eye smile, Wai and lie to you. One of the reasons I will never understand Thainess.

my passport number is on both the Certificate of vaccine paper from the Uni and also in the yellow book from the hospital ..its actually on the book twice once on the front cover and again on the vaccine history page inside.

Thanks to DM I insisted they add my passport number on the vaccination cert. after the 2nd jab. Seems to have solved a number of issues for me.

Well I don't know what they have done, I'm now getting blank pages for any of the options I try to select.
Tried logging in again by tapping the girls face (they think I'm a Mrs) without success. Still blank pages.
