Post by panick » October 30, 2017, 9:04 pm

I'm sorry to inform all of you that a good friend of mine known as"Little Alan" (from Hull in the UK) and friends to many people for 11+yrs years here passed away peacefully at home last night aged 69. He had been troubled with health problems for the last year.
You might remember him from the Udon Pool league and the Horse races.
His funeral is on Wednesday afternoon in Nong Sam Rong about 2.30/3.00
I will post again to confirm times and directions if you wish to attend.

RIP mate

Directions from the big Tesco's (numer 1)
Turn left out of Tesco's heading to the airport. Turn right at the 1st traffic lights into Nong Sam Rong. Drive straight down through passing the market on your right. You will go through some road works in a single lane. When it goes back to a 2 lanes you will be coming up to Nok's restaurant on your right and the entrance to Nong Sam Rong golf course on your left. Follow the 2 lane road round to right and go straight on. The Nong Sam Rong school is about 200m on your left. Turn left directly after the school and the Temple is about 200m down on the right hand side. On your left is Krissana House village and the Temple entrance is opposite Soi 8.
All are welcome to attend. The funeral is tomorrow (Wednesday) and will start about 2.30-3.00.

Sad but expected news Nick. Didn’t make the funeral as I have only just found out.
RIP Alan and my condolences to his wife.
