O.J. Simpson RIP

Post by tamada »

O.J. Simpson, the former football great who was accused of and ultimately acquitted of the brutal 1994 slayings of his ex-wife and her friend, has died, according to his family. He was 76. He had been battling cancer and living in a hospice.

Hard to disagree with this assessment. A low class, uneducated thug who could play football.

I saw him play football for the Buffalo Bills vs. the Baltimore Colts. The game was played in a snowstorm so the Juice and no-else did anything much.

I believe Simpson lost a civil case over the murders.

He was also an actor of sorts who did not always want to play the nice guy: 'he sometimes intentionally chose non-positive roles; "I've got to tear down that picture of O.J. Simpson, the clean-cut athlete, to get believability into whatever part I happen to be playing" - wiki

No loss to society. He should have died in prison.
