Thought might as well start it off, just read this Jimmy.........no favoritism here!!

AFL boss Gillon McLachlan has been forced to defend the 2018 draw, amid accusations Collingwood have received preferential treatment after missing the finals for four straight years.

The Magpies play five of their first six games at the MCG, and have been drawn to play just two teams from this year’s top 12 twice.

In addition, just five of the Magpies’ 22 games are outside Victoria.

But McLachlan denied Collingwood had been granted any favours :^o :^o .

Despite the draw, Collingwood will again miss the finals. What about the Doggies and Richmond?

The enigmatic Stevie J now at The Swannies as an assistant coach.I missed that one.I was under the impression he would transition into a coaching role with GWS.
Great coup for Sydney.

Gonna be a long year for the scray Macca  but I don't think we'll be the only side to feel the wrath of the back to back losing preliminary finalists.
Blues look alright on Thursday night but seemed to just run out of legs. We play you next Sunday so both sides will be hoping for a better outcome.
I wonder of the Swannies will get up and drag Wazza out of his self imposed banishment? They are 17 points up as I type and Buddy has just kicked his 8th goal. Come on Wazza give us a smile when Buddy kicks his 10th.

Well after today the Blues are just about where they belong if Lew's guys win tomorrow that's where they will be at the bottom and I can't see a lot of advancement, will be a long season.

I tell ya what Macca we couldn't beat Braybrook reserves the way we are going at the moment. We've got blokes that can play but they just can't seem to get into the contest. Back to the doggies of old mate.
