Chamber of Commerce Apology

I passed on an apology to the Udon Chamber of Commerce today.....regarding the expat associate member who, upon learning he couldn't vote at the meeting, and when a Thai member of the commerce tried to explain why, the expat flipped the finger and recited the verse.
Add it to the list of things expats can't do in Thailand: own land, vote for politicians, vote in the Chamber of Commerce. Nothing to get your undies all in a twist about.
