We have a totaly new small twinhouse wich is ready for rent ore buy. The have has all accerry and is fully furnished. It has for exampel UBC TV platinum included and also wireless internet. Sell price is 1,1 milj bath

Rentals pay for 3 mount and 1 mounth deposite before move in and minimum rental time is six mounths. The cost per mounth is 9500 bath included UBC platinum 2155 bath per mounth.

There is aircond in the master bedroom, and there is microwave, fridge and also has a new automatic laundrymachin. The house is located inside the ringroad and only 500 meters from the new Big C.

Pets are not a god idea....there is a totaly new house whit totaly new furniture and pets bring down the vallue of everything!

It is walking distance to new Big C - we also can offer scooter rental if needed! :D
