A couple of yanks in the lead going to final round. I don't think young Spieth can take the pressure. We'll see.

Watched a nice interview with old Arnold Palmer, one of the most popular players in the early days of TV. His fans were known as "Arnie's Army".

Every day I wake up is a good day.

I read Rory McIlroy got beaten by a non-competing local amateur who was marking McIlroy's card. I love these stories. The amateur, Jeff Knox, is a member at Augusta and shot 70 to McIlroy's 71. I wonder what hurdles he had to jump through to become a member.

Rory needs to sign Knox up as his caddie next year. Knox knows the greens like the back of his hand. He's the best amateur player at the club. Rory used his girlfriend to caddie earlier in the year and played well so it's not as if he'd be creating a precedence.

Story on Jeff Knox, Mcilroy choice for him to play or just mark the card good on him to let him play

He holds the course record with a 61, off the members tees

Would be nice if the winning lottery numbers was this easy to pick! Sorry couldn't help myself.

An enjoyable 4 days of golf viewing. Great come back from McIlroy and a well done to the 'oldies', Langer and Jimenez, both steady as rocks. =D> =D> =D>

And also a well done to the Aussie amateur Oliver Goss for taking his award!
