Anyone got any idea how much to renew a Thai passport?

looks like a thousand baht plus postage if you have it EMS to your address. http://www.mfa.go.th/main/en/services/1 ... sport.html

NO greasing necessary, and to my knowledge / experience, only onE office in Udon expects greasing...........because people continue to do so..........go figure.

And yes, "1000 baht or something" like that, as just asked the wife, and arrived very fast, EMS.

Just making sure 12345 as the long haired one let slip that she had been "duped" a few weeks ago when she got a new ID card. With recent events in Thailand I thought it was worth getting the passports renewed just in case his armyness gets any bright ideas :-k

Got Thai passports 2 months ago, a very efficient office and process, no palm greasing asked for or offered.

Extremely efficient and streamlined service. Sadly every office, worldwide doesn't operate the well. =D>

Cost in Feb was 1100 baht no backhanders required.
