Melon farm

Post by vincemunday » April 28, 2017, 8:00 am

There's a melon farm on the left hand side on the 22 driving towards Nong Han. Some of the melons there are pretty much the same as you buy at home, nice and sweet, lovely with Parma Ham and they cost 200 baht each, a pretty good price when you compare it to some of the supermarkets. While you're there you can also have a mooch around the greenhouses to see how they grow stuff, worth pulling in if you're driving past. They also had some jams, eggs and things too.

The forest was shrinking daily but the trees kept voting for the axe as its handle was made of wood and they thought it was one of them.

Ok here goes, melon ice cream, strawberry plants, coffee and walls ice cream, "things" are good! They are growing figs and grapes too.

I was speaking metaphorically I hasten to add, none of that public schoolboy behaviour for me, well unless Matron is in town of course :)
