It simply amazes me, given Thais business acumen, how far this country has come, and has developed.

Ate in at Pizza company Central on Saturday night.
We ordered two drinks in jars, two pasta dishes and a medium extreme crust pizza.
The food was really good, the service excellent.
No hassles with the order and no "solly we no have"
I paid 895 Baht.
Will I go back....Yes.
Voiceover for hire.

If Thailand has developed at all it is certainly not due to Thai business acumen...it is simply because they had the common sense to import foreign technology and know-how to the big cities like Bangkok. If one travels to all the other smaller cities it's easy to see that they are still stuck in a time warp. If more junk food chains are any indication of "progress", just remember that Pizza Hut, McDonalds, BK, Texas Chicken, etc. are all American franchises whose business models are the brainstorm of American entrepreneurship and have been brought to Thailand with "old family money" that has it's roots in corruption. Nothing new here...that's the way the cookie crumbles in Thailand!
Colossians 2:8-10...See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ. For in HIM dwells all the fullness of the GODHEAD bodily; and you are complete in HIM, who is the head of all principality and power.

Well we just tried to order a delivery from PH and they would only go to the ring road junction. We live just past Do home on the nong khai road.

Ordered from pizza company never a problem

Two medium pizzas ordered, 35 minutes and 400
Baht later we get these. Absolutely great, maybe not to everyone's taste but we liked them ... a lot! No complaints whatsoever, I followed my order online albeit it turned up before they said it would. Happy days.

I gave it another try today, as I was in UD town and was very hungry, I ordered the medium supremeo, this time it was served on a proper pizza skillet, not only did it look good, it tasted really good. I recommend anyone to try as certainly in a different league to Pizza Company, even my wife said how good it was.

Yeah it seems like they're settled in now and running at full steam ahead, certainly they are absolutely ram packed every time we go past,

What's in your manufactured pizza dough?

Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Soybean Oil, Salt, Yeast), Pan Release (Soybean Oil, Lecithin, Propellant), Butter Garlic Spray (Corn Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Natural Butter Flavour, Natural Garlic Flavour, Beta Carotene (Color), Propellant), ...and then some.
vs.
Flour, salt, yeast, water, extra virgin olive oil.

I can't tell you what the next lottery numbers will be, but I'll guess another Pizza Hut will be coming soon enough. The one in UD Town was packed today along with a full load of take out/delivery orders. We stood in line for a few minutes. The pizzas coming out looked good. We'll be back, just not at noon on a Sunday!

Noon any day Mr Parrot

An extra large double meat lovers with anchovies says, their full service restaurant will be opening in the old Nevada IT, which UD town owner is developing,

Maybe thats where Tom n Toms will eventually open ?

There hasn't been any activity at the old Nevada IT in several months. A dozen or so tall girders standing (precariously?) with little support. I sense that development may be on hooooold.

There's definitely a need for a second one no matter where they site it but If I was the franchise owner I'd consider opening a factory just to handle deliveries and let the store deal with the sit downs, why have the added aggravation of a restaurant doing takeaways?
