TT

thats my point or put simply, the number of points we are kicking.... horrendous !!

For me the glass is still half empty , call me a skeptic / cynic but 4 wins in the next 6 is going to be a challenge !!!

Im home all Sept , expecting Arjarn Marlewjam to buy a few Boags in Udon for a session
Interesting game for the swannies this weekend against the polyester and cotton mob (they are only half plastic with that injury list) :D Just gotta worry about making the 8 as the bye takes away some of the advantage of finishing top 4. We're playing rubbish atm and will go in underdogs against the blues but I'd be happy to sneak into 8th as our sept/oct form is pretty good.

Wazza,
you should stand in the naughty corner for doubting the bloods, they still have a hard row home but their depth with Cunningham and Laidler to return, the future is looking brighter by the game.

Well at the Sports Bar, and we won, volume down and had to contend with lime green maggot whistles from the Melb game as well !! FFS

My bin was 1080 !!

McVeigh - Man of the match IMO, then Heeny, cant afford to let this guy go !!

Rule no 1 - even i knew this playing hockey - across goal you will be punished and we were.

Our defensive 50 disposal in the first half was crap, lucky to get away with it

Take the 4 points and the first serious game for the Sept finals went our way

Don't worry Wazza, Heeney has been signed to a year contract.

Good call re McVeigh as BOG. He is the glue in the backline and since his return from injury those behind him have played with confidence and those in front of him are getting quicker and better use of the ball. Onwards and upwards l say

Ugly game Dogs and Blues but better to win ugly than to lose ugly. Continues our MCG winning streak and allows the cup to stay half full for another week at least.

Going to be difficult for the blues to make the eight I suppose. If we win all remaining games and others fall in a heap then you never know.
Perhaps just have to be happy to be a spoiler team from here on in.
Dark horse definitely the Bombers

G was over for a beer last night and when he finally left, I think the consensus was Bombers will sneak into the 8.

Not only sneak in but go along way towards the GF. :D

The swans charge to the 8 could be stopped in your last must win game. Not sure who you play last? :-"

I think we need to win 4 /6 , so huge challenges there.

As we have seen in nearly every round to date, 1-2 upsets, ( thats what won me 1800 in the tipping ) LOL

Fyfe set for life, I think its $8 Million for 5 years.

Gary Lyons saying 6 could win the flag.

Easier if he said who wont win.

Sydney Swans @$6 has got some of mine.Plenty of games to play at SCG on the run home. They can win it with what Horse has instilled in them during the past 6 weeks. They are looking very hungry.

Swans and Saints take on the pride emblem again this weekend along with the gay rainbow flag.
Reading an article from last year there were over 600 LGPHTP people asked if they felt threatened attending a AFL game. A large percentage said and not mincing their words said yes, but then in typical style of this group more than half had they changed their mind when asked the same question after the game. Again pushing their agenda and creating unnecessary headlines for that very minority group but tarnishing the vast innocent majority with bias against them.
Why cant footy be just footy with no politics. If i'm at a game i'm looking at the field not who is next to me.
Just my opinion.
