a chow mein would be a welcome addition to the menu, or some sort of noodle dish please

As the quote goes;
“You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”.”
For me personally, the Gallery puts out quality food at an extremely value for money price, Andy the Chef has only one pair of hands and I know he works extremely hard to put out the food he does, I have never ever seen anyone leave hungry, only satisfied.
I am sure any of us has their own favorite dish from any cuisine the Gallery offers on a Friday evening, mine is sweet & sour individual prawn balls or a egg foo young UK style when it comes to Chinese, BUT would never dream of mentioning it.
Again, thank you to the Gallery for your Friday evenings, always enjoyable as I’m sure all would agree.

No bilble quote, just common etiquette;

Please – This is one of those words that can show good manners or come across as sarcastic, based on your tone. Any time you ask for something, it's always a good idea to add this word to soften the request.

Thank you – When someone does something nice for you or gives you a gift, you should always say, "Thank you," even if it's not something you like. Not doing so gives the impression that you feel entitled to whatever it is, and that can leave a sour taste in a mannerly person's mouth.

Why not just say that you thought I should have added please to my first post?
Instead of quoting me inferring that I was not not pleased or happy with the Gallery and/or Andy and I was wrong to make a request.
I don't really want to get in to an argument on here, point taken I should have said please and updated my post.

Andy normally takes suggestions make to him and tries his best to accommodate them if they are possible in the future. Hopefully he will also look at adding egg foo young one time.

Thank you

Andy does, on occasion, include the soft Chinese noodles, that you call Chow Mein, in the buffet. Like any good chef he prefers to mix it up and not serve the same thing all of the time. But, as you said, he is always open for suggestions.

FWIW:
The main difference between chow mein and lo mein is that different methods are used to make these stir-fry noodles. Both chow mein and lo mein use wheat-flour egg noodles. More authentic chow mein noodles are fried to crispness, while lo mein noodles are boiled to softness.

But by any name I really like them also. I refer to them as Chinese spaghetti :-)

Popped in yesterday afternoon, ostensibly to pick up a dozen pre-ordered Mince Pies. Needless to say had to have a beer and ham & cheese baguette both hit the spot. Already had a taste of a mince pie, equally as delicious as the Hot X Buns I devoured last Easter. I am, if nothing else, something of a traditionalist.Good to meet up with Kevin again, we are practically neighbours after all.

What a great start to Christmas! The Indian food buffet was absolutely spot on, we had a really lovely night again, thanks to you, your daughters, your staff and of course the maestro himself.
