Tapioca Starch Spill = Results

A truck apparently spilled an excess amount of tapioca starch on the Udon-KK Hwy, near the ring road in the early morning hours of 13 Jan.....resulting in 11 vehicles slipping and sliding into accidents. Luckily, no one was killed or seriously injured. I've driven on snow and ice before.....but tapioca starch?
