My interest was taken away from the grassroots game by the return of European football....sorry..
Peterborough United 2 - 2 Scunthorpe United
Forest Green Rovers 3 - 1 Stevenage
Lincoln City 1 - 0 Cheltenham Town
Port Vale P - P Exeter City Match postponed - Waterlogged Pitch
The Iron drop down to 5th. after another draw but play off football still looks a realistic option at season end. They are 7 points clear of 7th. placed Charlton, although they have played 2 games more.
Forest Green did themselves a power of good in their relegation struggle. They zoom up to a heady 20th. in the league as Barnet, Chesterfield & Crewe all lose. They are now 7 points away from danger.
It was 'after the Lord Mayor's show' for Town away at promotional hopefuls Lincoln. A spectacular goal just before half time was enough to win a game that the BBC generously described as 'dour' & lacking quality. Still, 12 points away from the drop is a huge improvement on earlier in the season..

Don't forget the big game of the weekend...

Leeds v Bristol City 23.30 on Sunday and live on MCOT Family (maybe). Another chance for the forumites to see a ground full of real supporters - about all we can brag about tbh

Are you in miserable Blighty or sunnier climes, Pan?
I just got what I think is a cracking deal with Sky to watch this match

In LOS Niggly. I have a choice of watching a perfect picture of the match on Thai telly with some jabbering local mispronouncing Alioski or watching Sky on my Slingbox with Peter (Mr Charisma) Beagrie and David ((w) anchorman) Prutton. At least Prutts is a Leeds legend so, might choose the latter.

Of course, if I was in the UK, I would be at Elland Road - assume you are going :D

Incorrect.
The big game of the weekend is the East Anglian derby.
Norwich City vs Ipswich Town.

Unfortunately not. We live near Bristol now & Mrs N has made my plans for the morning so won’t be able to take the trek oop north hence the haggling with Sky to watch the game

Yeah, my missus put her foot down too. Don't think it was the cost of a return airfare from Thailand and the fact I would be gone for 4 days but, more that I would be in a bad mood for a week after our inevitable defeat.
