Help needed with fax to America

Anyone got info on where I can go to send a fax to America . Been to several places and "no can do "

Print shop here in Nong Samrong on the right going north past the market. The shop is located just in front of the next "U-Turn" after the market and 7/11.

Hotels still seem to have fax machines behind the reception counter. Maybe cross the receptionists palm with silver when the boss isn't looking

Email to fax services are available. Have never used myself but here is a link to some providers.

They have efax here for Thailand too, works great. Just set it up, then email your document as attachment to the target fax # and efax handles the rest, and sends confirmation when complete.

I need to send a 5 page fax to America on Saturday, May 5th. This is a one time shot, so I don't need a free trial membership or a free eFax service as proposed on one of the earlier posts. I live near Big-C on Nittayo Rd and the Ring Rd, so I'm looking for a shop that is convenient to that area. I discovered two shops in the area, but they can only fax domestically in Thailand. Does anyone out there have any suggestions, and prices would be handy if you have them. Thanks in advance for your advice and comments.

I have used the travel agent/internet shop across the road from Nutty Park to FAX Australia. This was about 18 months ago.

scan it, and send as jpeg attachment,..5 THB per page. Scan resolution is better than FAX. International fax sucks...

I can't email it Thailander....they will only accept a fax.

There is a Fax shop behind Nageesoon Store Posi Rd. Same road as their back entrance. The end of the street nearest Nong Prajak Park. It's a small hole-in-the-wall shop. He does International Fax anywhere. Mine was to the US. If I recall correctly it was 100 bht for 3 pages.

There is a copy/fax/internet shop at the parking entrance of AEK Hospital. The owner is farang and very helpful. I faxed a document to the States and was having problem, owner sent it for me and it went through successfully. It is by the shop where driving licenses are renewed. I wrote this up yesterday but the internet crashed, out for most of the day. Seems to be a regular thing, power outages and internet down.

Thanks BluSilver60! Is this current? I am familiar with that shop, but that particular building that housed the internet shop and the insurance company has been demolished within the past year. I think the building beside it that used to house the pizza restaurant has been expanded and the insurance company has moved there. So, is that internet shop still in business as of recent, perhaps having been moved over beside the insurance company and I just haven't noticed it.

If you must have a fax, there's a boatload of copy shops behind Udon Pit (Sri Chom Cheun). Most all have fax machines.

If you can do a pdf (instead of fax), the copy shop that is between Bangkok Bank and Kasikorn Bank (on Phosri Rd) can scan your documents into pdf form that you can email. Soporn is his name and he speaks American English.

SUCCESS! My 6 page fax sent via Google Fax Plus went through tonight. Evidently when I tried to send it three times this afternoon the fax on the receiving end in the US is turned off when the office is closed. Tonight I sent during regular business hours and it was successful. This was so easy to set-up and use, so I highly recommend it.
