Truly sad. Of all the foodie shows I have seen, his was undeniably the most honest and imaginative.

Bourdain's gritty brave approach to encourage people to get out of the comfort zone and explore the world was original.His love for South East Asia was well documented.The man also had exceptional "taste" in music.
Appears he could not outrun the demons.

Years ago the US Far East Network used to have this slogan << A little language goes a LONG way >> Mr Bourdain understood that a little food GOES directly to the heart, soul, identity of a person or a nation. Travel the world and share a meal with the locals and doors and hearts will be welcoming you..
