Talking over a glass or 2 of red over the weekend and a similar topic came up.
Neither if us, no matter how much red we consumed could think of the brit show where , the guy goes back in time to the war years and he fell for a pub owner. Has it been mentioned here or not. I found that a great show. Any one know the name?
Also for those with a different sense of humour ...The Kenny Everett Video Show ...was a bit out there.

I recently watched some Episodes of “FROST’, the acting and counter play between him and his superior officer is a joy to watch. It is however a bit depressing, a bit too downbeat, the backdrop of a dreary middle England city , where it appears to rain incessantly, also adds to the misery. Hard to think it would be commissioned today.

Filmed at Durham Prison, 2 episodes available. I was shocked at the number of inmates with severe mental health problems, & the almost open use of Spice & Cannabis.
