Been watching 'Forged in Fire' on the History Channel. Doesn't look too hard to make your own forge and start making your own swords, knives, etc.

But to answer your question, sorry no don't have a clue.

Beneficial commentary.. Mmmmhhhmmm yes yes... What is wrong with asking a plain question about an item that I have for many years wanted as decoration... Perhaps with so many keyboard warriors around it is better not to ask questions

Here are a few suggestions:
There's an outdoor market about 10km past Nongwahsaw, on the way to Nongbualamphu. In Thai it's called ตลาดห้วยเดื่อ . It's about 200m past the dinosaur museum as you're going toward Nongbualamphu, on the same side as the museum.
There's a vendor there who sells a wide variety of knives and other garden items. I believe I've seen something similar to the Daab sword there....if he doesn't have what you're looking for, he may know where they're made.

Or, if you really want to do it right, take a trip to:

On a side, but related note: 40+ years ago, my wife bought a bronze bowl from a vendor in Bangkok (the vendor told her it was handmade in Bangkok). Twenty-five years after that, while our daughter was visiting, she wanted another one.......and we went on a hunting trip to Bangkok. We got a lot of blank stares when we asked around, but someone finally pointed us in a direction......where we found people making monk bowls........not hand-hammered like we were looking for. As we were walking away, a man came up to us and told to go to Baan Bu (บ้านบุ).......and sure enough, that was the place. https://www.gourmetandcuisine.com/stories/detail/47
We spent several hours.....and a lot of cash......there. It was well worth the adventure. I suspect you'd have similar luck on your hunt for the sword makers in Thailand.
Good luck on your hunt.

Yes well, plain to see no sense of humor. Strange, living in Thailand never effected me in that way. I guess you simply arrived that way.
However, you can do whatever you want, no bother to me either way.
However, in this day and age many places would consider the making of swords for whatever reason, as an illegal activity.
May even rouse the eyebrows of those on the "hunt for possible terrorists".
