Eating at home.
Eating at home.
Following Lees off the cuff remark about might have well stayed at home I decided to show what can be done and at what price. Now I am not in any way suggesting this is a commercially viable price, as after all the wife doesn't have any overheads and as she herself says, its worth another couple of hundred baht , not to wash up.We live a long way from town and its not always possible to travel in, so we eat at home a lot. This is just a sample and it would be interesting to see other wives home cooking efforts.
On the plate are 1kilo of fresh ribs, marinaded in a honey and macam sauce, with a side portion of fresh steamed vegetables, total cost just 80bht.
It was delicious.
