I have just started making my own bread. Whole Wheat flour from Macro.
White bread has no nutrition not good for you.
Mucked up a few times but now nailed it!
Dont use a mixer.Does it help?

depends on use , cakes ,bread ? both . if making bread you need a much more powerful machine, smaller ones don't last. but general cake making and batters you don't need to go over the top

making pies  . For making dough of 1.7kg your going to need some power, probably 10 lt , small 5 lt ones are good for 500g of flour ,sounds like that's why the last one only lasted 1 year. champ outside makro will last years ,I have one 12 years old and has been making bread every day. but your talking 13-14000b
